Writing the Horror Script

A checklist of elements you should consider having in your film:
  1. physical isolation - check
  2. emotional/personal isolation (read as everyone thinks you are weird) - check
  3. historical event that was so horrofic nobody wants to talk about it - check
  4. the last knight (metaphorically speaking, thanks Joe Campbell) failed in the attempt and lost their life in direct connection to said horrific evil - check (which indirectly shows the level of threat against the current knight) - check
  5. supernatural powers/extraordinary powers of horror - check
  6. the lack of trust among the villagers is the reason the horror is continuing (again, thanks Joe) - check
  7. the knight in question is not the biggest or strongest, showing that courage and bravery are not measured in size (aka the anti-hero) - check
  8. inclement weather (a sign that God does not favour you, that nature is working against you) - check
  9. the idea of the sins of the fathers are visted on the children - check
  10. the reason for the hatred begins with a love that was immeasurable - check
  11. incredibly scary music that nobody can hear - check
  12. danger of intense bodily harm - possibly body part removal
  13. "Dramatic realisation during and/or immediately following a traumatic event"
