There's a Change Color filter and a Leave Color filter. Change color is in the image control category, leave color is in stylize, for some odd reason. I prefer Change Color set to "invert", since the controls are more robust. Use Change Color, pick your red as the source color, click invert, then pull down the saturation. The red should stay, everything else will go.
